13. Arbitration
Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules in Maryland. One arbitrator chosen by mutual agreement applies Maryland law.
14. Jurisdiction and Venue
Anne Arundel County courts in Maryland and the nearest U.S. District Court in Maryland are exclusive venues for non-arbitrated proceedings.
15. Controlling Law
Maryland state law governs this agreement, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
16. Onward Transfer of Personal Information
Personal information may be stored and processed on servers in the United States or other countries where the company maintains facilities. You consent to international transfers.
17. Severability
If any provision is found invalid, it shall be modified minimally to become enforceable. Invalidity does not affect other provisions.
18. Force Majeure
The company is not liable for delays or delivery failures from causes beyond reasonable control, including Acts of God, fires, internet disruptions, or communications failures.
19. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy governs data collection and use during your visits.
